BellSouth’s Access to Collocation Space Clause Samples

BellSouth’s Access to Collocation Space. From time to time BellSouth may require access to the Collocation Space. BellSouth retains the right to access such space for the purpose of making BellSouth equipment and building modifications (e.g., running, altering or removing racking, ducts, electrical wiring, HVAC, and cables). BellSouth will give notice to ALEC Inc., at least 48 hours before access to the Collocation Space is required. ALEC Inc., may elect to be present whenever BellSouth performs work in the Collocation Space. The Parties agree that ALEC Inc., will not bear any of the expense associated with this work.

BellSouth’s Access to Collocation Space. 5.11.1 From time to time, BellSouth may require access to Neutral Tandem’s Collocation Space. BellSouth retains the right to access Neutral Tandem’s Collocation Space for the purpose of making BellSouth equipment and building modifications (e.g., installing, altering or removing racking, ducts, electrical wiring, HVAC, and cabling). In such cases, BellSouth will give notice to Neutral Tandem at least forty-eight (48) hours before access to Neutral Tandem’s Collocation Space is required. Neutral Tandem may elect to be present whenever BellSouth performs work in the Neutral Tandem’s Collocation Space. The Parties agree that Neutral Tandem will not bear any of the expense associated with this type of work. 5.11.2 In the case of an emergency, BellSouth will provide oral notice of entry as soon as reasonably practicable after such entry. 5.11.3 Neutral Tandem must provide the local BellSouth Central Office Building Contact with two (2) Access Devices that will allow BellSouth entry into any enclosed and locked Collocation Space including, but not limited to, an Adjacent Arrangement, pursuant to the requirements contained in this Section.

BellSouth retains the right to access PTLLC’s Collocation Space for the purpose of making BellSouth equipment and building modifications (e.g., installing, altering or removing racking, ducts, electrical wiring, HVAC, and cabling). In such cases, BellSouth will give notice to PTLLC at least forty-eight (48) hours before access to PTLLC’s Collocation Space is required. PTLLC may elect to be present whenever BellSouth performs work in the PTLLC’s Collocation Space. The Parties agree that PTLLC will not bear any of the expense associated with this type of work. 5.11.1 In the case of an emergency, BellSouth will provide oral notice of entry as soon as possible and, upon request, will provide subsequent written notice. 5.11.2 PTLLC must provide the local BellSouth Central Office Building Contact with two (2) Access Devices that will allow BellSouth entry into any enclosed and locked Collocation Space including, but not limited to, Adjacent Collocation Arrangements, pursuant to this Section. BellSouth retains the right to access Teleconex’s space for the purpose of making BellSouth equipment and building modifications (e.g., running, altering or removing racking, ducts, electrical wiring, HVAC, and cabling). BellSouth will give notice to Teleconex at least forty-eight (48) hours before access to the Collocation Space is required. Teleconex may elect to be present whenever BellSouth performs work in the Collocation Space. The Parties agree that Teleconex will not bear any of the expense associated with this type of work.

BellSouth’s Access to Collocation Space. From time to time BellSouth may require access to the Collocation Space. BellSouth retains the right to access such space for the purpose of making BellSouth equipment and building modifications (e.g., running, altering or removing racking, ducts, electrical wiring, HVAC, and cables). BellSouth will give notice to T-Mobile at least 48 hours before access to the Collocation Space is required. T-Mobile may elect to be present whenever ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ performs work in the Collocation Space. The Parties agree that T-Mobile will not bear any of the expense associated with this work.

BellSouth’s Access to Collocation Space. From time to time BellSouth may require access to the Collocation Space. BellSouth retains the right to access such space for the purpose of making BellSouth equipment and building modifications (e.g., running, altering or removing racking, ducts, electrical wiring, HVAC, and cables). BellSouth will give notice to DeltaCom at least forty-eight (48) hours before access to the Collocation Space is required. DeltaCom may elect to be present whenever BellSouth performs work in the Collocation Space. The Parties agree that DeltaCom will not bear any of the expense associated with this work.

BellSouth retains the right to access Iris Networks’s Collocation Space for the purpose of making BellSouth equipment and building modifications (e.g., installing, altering or removing racking, ducts, electrical wiring, HVAC, and cabling). In such cases, BellSouth will give notice to Iris Networks at least forty- eight (48) hours before access to Iris Networks’s Collocation Space is required. Iris Networks may elect to be present whenever BellSouth performs work in the Iris Networks’s Collocation Space. The Parties agree that Iris Networks will not bear any of the expense associated with this type of work. 5.11.2 In the case of an emergency, BellSouth will provide oral notice of entry as soon as reasonably practicable after such entry. 5.11.3 Iris Networks must provide the local BellSouth Central Office Building Contact with two (2) Access Devices that will allow BellSouth entry into any enclosed and locked Collocation Space including, but not limited to, an Adjacent Arrangement, pursuant to the requirements contained in this Section.

BellSouth retains the right to access GulfPines’ space for the purpose of making BellSouth equipment and building modifications (e.g., running, altering or removing racking, ducts, electrical wiring, HVAC, and cabling). BellSouth will give notice to GulfPines at least forty-eight (48) hours before access to GulfPines’ Collocation Space is required. GulfPines may elect to be present whenever BellSouth performs work in the GulfPines’ Collocation Space. The Parties agree that GulfPines will not bear any of the expense associated with this type of work.
