Use of Collocation Space. 7.1 Subject to § 7.13 below, Alliance Connect shall only use the Collocation Space for purposes of locating equipment and facilities within Windstream’s central offices to connect with Windstream services only. Consistent with the nature of the Building and the environment of the Collocation Space, Alliance Connect shall not use the Collocation Space for office, retail, or sales purposes. Windstream will give reasonable notice to Alliance Connect when access to the Collocation Space is required. Alliance Connect may elect to be present whenever Windstream performs work in the Collocation Space. The Parties agree that Alliance Connect will not bear any of the expense associated with this work. 7.4 Alliance Connect Access to Alliance Connect’s Collocation Space Alliance Connect shall have access to its Collocation Space twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. A security escort will be required at Central Offices where separate, secured ingress and egress are not available and access would require Alliance Connect to traverse restricted areas. All employees, agents and contractors of Alliance Connect having access to the Collocation Space shall comply with Windstream’s policies and practices pertaining to fire, safety and security, and each such employee, agent or contractor shall display an identification badge issued by Windstream which contains a current photo, the individual's name and company name/logo. ALLTEL retains the right to access such space for the purpose of making equipment and building modifications (e.g., running, altering or removing racking, ducts, electrical wiring, HVAC, and cables). ALLTEL will give reasonable notice to LSP-PGNAPS when access to the Collocation Space is required. LSP-PGNAPS may elect to be present whenever ALLTEL performs work in the Collocation Space. Related to Use of Collocation Space

  • Use of Buildings In addition to use and control of the Church and Parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ office, as provided by Canon law, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Wardens and Vestry.

  • Use of Premises Tenant shall not use the premises or any part thereof, or permit the premises or any part thereof to be used, for any purpose other than the use hereinabove specifically mentioned, subject, however, to all the covenants, agreements, terms, provisions and conditions of this Lease. Those portions, if any, of the premises which on the plan(s) attached hereto are shown as toilets and utility areas shall be used by Tenant only for the purposes for which they are designed. Tenant will not at any time use or occupy the premises or any part thereof, or permit the premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied, in violation of the certificate of occupancy (temporary or final) issued for the Building and/or the premises. Tenant shall not ▇▇▇ or permit the use of the premises or any part thereof in any way which would violate any of the covenants, agreements, terms, provisions and conditions of this Lease or for any unlawful purposes or in any unlawful manner and Tenant shall not suffer or permit the premises or any part thereof to be used in any manner or anything to be done therein or suffer or permit anything to be brought into or kept in the premises which, in the judgment of Landlord, shall in any way impair or tend to impair the character, reputation or appearance of the Building as a first-class office building, impair or interfere with or tend to impair or interfere with any of the Building services or the proper and economic heating, cleaning, air conditioning or other servicing of the Building or the premises, or impair or interfere with or tend to impair or interfere with the use of any of the other areas of the Building by, or occasion discomfort, inconvenience or annoyance to, any of the other tenants or occupants of the Building. Tenant shall not install any electrical or other equipment of any kind which, in the judgment of Landlord, might cause any such impairment, interference, discomfort, inconvenience or annoyance. Except as set forth in Article 1 hereof, Tenant will not, and will not permit anyone to, sell or traffic in any spirituous liquors, wine, ale or beer in or from the premises or carry on any manufacturing in the premises. If any governmental license or permit shall be required for the proper and lawful conduct of Tenant's business or other activity carried on it the premises, Tenant, at Tenant's expense, shall duly procure and thereafter maintain such license or permit and submit the same to inspection by Landlord. Tenant, at Tenant's expense, shall, at all times, comply with the terms and conditions of each license or permit.

  • Expansion Space As used in this paragraph, the term “Expansion Space” means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Open Space Acquisitions within the PPA. The County agrees that for the term of this IGA it will not purchase or otherwise acquire any land within the PPA for open space purposes, including conservation easements and transfer of development right sending sites without the approval of the Town.

  • Use of Space The COUNTY will provide the space located at: [insert Orange County Government Location] (the “Designated Space”) which shall be utilized by the AGENCY solely for the lawful purpose of providing the services. If no space is designated, this Article V does not apply.
