Common use of Benefit of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Benefit of Guarantee. 10.1 The covenants undertakings and agreements of the Surety hereunder shall enure for the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Landlord to this Lease without the necessity for any assignment thereof to such successors and assigns 10.2 Without prejudice to paragraph 10.1 above the Landlord may assign the benefit of the provisions of this Lease and the covenants undertakings and agreements of the Surety hereunder to any third party and the Surety shall join in such documents as may be necessary to effect such assignment
