Common use of Between the Parties Clause in Contracts

Between the Parties. In the event of a dispute between the Parties arising out of or related to the terms of this Agreement, either Party may request that the Parties engage in good faith discussions to resolve such dispute. Within [**Redacted**] calendar days of such request, each Party will appoint an appropriate representative to engage discussions to resolve the dispute in a mutually acceptable manner. Such representative will have a reasonable level of expertise in the subject matter of the dispute and possess the requisite authority to resolve the dispute.
