Common use of BFE to SPE Clause in Contracts

BFE to SPE. An estimate of the total price for items of Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) changed to Seller Purchased Equipment (SPE) pursuant to the Configuration Specification is included in the Option Aircraft price build-up. The purchase price of the Option Aircraft will be adjusted by the price charged to Boeing for such items plus 10% of such price.
