Provisions Applicable to Certain Agreements Clause Samples

The "Provisions Applicable to Certain Agreements" clause defines specific terms or conditions that apply only to particular types of agreements within a broader contract or contractual framework. This clause typically outlines which agreements are subject to these special provisions, such as confidentiality, non-compete, or exclusivity agreements, and may detail unique requirements or exceptions for those agreements. Its core practical function is to ensure that relevant agreements are governed by tailored rules, thereby providing clarity and preventing misunderstandings about which terms apply in different contractual contexts.
