Provisions Applicable to Certain Agreements. The provisions in this section are applicable to this Agreement and to any Purchase Order, provided, however that if this Agreement or a Purchase Order is not of the type described in the first sentence of a subsection, then that subsection does not apply to this Agreement or such Purchase Order.
