BID OPENING AND EVALUATION. 25 BID OPENING 25.1 The Employer will open the bids, including withdrawals and modifications made pursuant to Clause 24, in the presence of bidders' designated representatives who choose to attend, at the time, date, and location stipulated in the the tender notice. The bidders' representatives who are present shall sign a register evidencing their attendance.
