Bid Openings. The A/E shall attend all bid openings for the project unless specifically excused by the PM. A. A/E shall provide bid results to all parties that require the information. CDB will provide A/E with one set of bid tabulations at the bid opening. In the event the PM excused the A/E from attending the bid opening, the PM will telefax the bid tabulations to the A/E. B. For projects that have a coordinating contractor, A/E shall provide the assigned contractor bid tabulations to the coordinating contractor bidders within two (2) business days. These bid tabulations are to be issued for informational purposes only and shall not be issued as an addendum.
Bid Openings. The Bid openings shall be open to the public and shall be held as specified in the solicitation notice. The Bids shall be opened by the Procurement Administrator or designee in the following manner and recorded by an assistant. Bids may be examined by the public after the Bid opening on request to the Procurement Administrator.

  • BID OPENING All duly received bids will be opened immediately after the scheduled closing time of Bids at the same venue. Bidders or their accredited agents could be present at the time of opening of bids.

  • Job Openings The District shall be considered to be engaged in the procedure to fill the position on the posting date of the position(s). Posting shall occur within fifteen (15) working days after Executive Vice Chancellor of Human Resources approval. If the District is unable to post the position within fifteen (15) days or fill the position within the ninety (90) day period, the District will meet and confer with CSEA. Substitute employees may not work more than ninety (90) calendar days in a substitute assignment while the District is engaged in a procedure to fill the vacant permanent position. Individual job announcements will be prepared separately and made available to interested employees upon request. 17.5.1.1 Where a pool of qualified applicants for a position existed from a recruitment conducted within the six (6) months preceding the new opening, that pool may be used for the new opening in the same classification. This does not preclude existing unit employees from applying for openings per Article 17.2.2. All new openings shall be internally advertised. 17.5.2 A permanent unit employee who acquires probationary status as the result of job openings or recruitment shall retain permanent status in his former classification until completion of the probationary period in the new classification. In the event that the probationary period in the new classification is not successful, the employee shall revert to his former classification with all the previous rights and privileges. 17.5.3 Unit employee applicants shall be furnished notification of time and date of scheduled interviews a minimum of five (5) days prior to such interviews. 17.5.4 Job openings - Unit employees hired into permanent positions must meet minimum qualifications. 17.5.5 Short-term or substitute employees must meet the minimum qualifications for the classification under which they are employed.

  • Account Opening 5.1 The Bank reserves the right to verify with the Mobile Network Operator the authenticity and status of your Mobile Money account. 5.2 The Bank reserves the right to verify with MSEA the authenticity and status of your Group registration. 5.3 You may access the Product by USSD by dialing *254#. 5.4 The Customer hereby consents to have the personal data shared by the Mobile Network operator and MSEA with the Bank for purposes of onboarding the customer to the product. This will enable the Bank to identify you and comply with the regulatory “Know Your Customer” requirements (together the “Personal Information”). 5.5 You also hereby agree and authorize the Bank to request Mobile Network Operator for information relating to your use of the Mobile Money Service, Mobile Money System and Mobile Network Operator Services as the Bank shall require for purposes of providing you the Services (“Customer information”) and in particular to determine your credit limit. You hereby consent to the disclosure of the Personal Information and the Customer information by Mobile Network Operator and MSEA to the Bank and to the aforesaid use of the Personal Information and the Customer information by the Bank. 5.6 You hereby agree and authorize the Bank to obtain and procure your Personal Information contained in the IPRS from the Government of Kenya and you further agree and consent to the disclosure and provision of such Personal Information by the Government of Kenya to the Bank. 5.7 You hereby agree and authorize the Bank to share your personal information with MSEA for the purpose of formal registration of the Group you belong in during onboarding on Hustler Fund Group Micro Enterprise Savings and Loan Product. 5.8 The Bank reserves the right to request for further information from you pertaining to your application for Hustler Fund Group Micro Enterprise Savings and Loan Product funds at any time. Failure to provide such information within the time required by the Bank may result in the Bank declining to accept your application for the Loan. 5.9 Confirmation of your application acceptance for a Hustler Fund Group Micro Enterprise Savings and Loan Product shall be done via SMS sent to the Mobile Network Operator Mobile Phone Number associated with your Hustler Fund Group. 5.10 Group member or Group official can opt in or belong to only one Hustler Fund Group at a time.

  • Opening After we accept your Application Form, we will open an Account in your name. We may split your Account into different sub-accounts denominated into different currencies. References in this Client Agreement to your Account are to be taken to include reference to any sub-account or sub-accounts, as the case requires. We reserve the right to refuse to open an Account for any reason whatsoever.

  • Advertisement on Project Highway The Project Highway or any part thereof shall not be used in any manner to advertise any commercial product or services.
