Common use of Bids submission Clause in Contracts

Bids submission. 1. The Registered Participant shall submit a Bid or set of Bids to the Allocation Platform in accordance with following requirements: (a) it shall be submitted electronically using the Auction Tool and during the Bidding Period as specified in the Auction Specification; (b) it shall identify the Auction via an identification code as specified in Article 29 paragraph 2 (a); (c) it shall identify the Registered Participant submitting the Bid through its EIC code; (d) it shall identify the direction for which the Bid is submitted; (e) it shall state the Bid Price, which shall be different for each Bid of the same Registered Participant unless otherwise provided for in the Information System Rules, exclusive of taxes and levies, in Euros per MW for one (1) hour of the Product Period, i.e. Euro/MW and hour, expressed to a maximum of two (2) decimal places, and equal to or greater than zero (0); (f) it shall state the Bid Quantity in full MW which must be expressed without decimals, minimum amount of a single Bid is one (1)
