BILLED COSTS Sample Clauses
The BILLED COSTS clause defines how costs that have been invoiced to a party are handled under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies which expenses are considered billable, the process for submitting invoices, and any requirements for supporting documentation. For example, it may clarify that only pre-approved or reasonable expenses incurred during the performance of services can be billed. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and agreement on reimbursable costs, thereby preventing disputes over which expenses are eligible for payment.
