Common use of Billing and Invoices Clause in Contracts

Billing and Invoices. Upon execution of this Agreement, the parties shall provide the other all information (address, attention to) for receipt and processing of the parties’ invoices. College will send invoices to the School District for the services provided no later than thirty (30) days after the end of each academic semester. Each invoice shall detail any payments due. Payments shall be due within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice.
