Billing and Reporting. The LPA shall submit proper ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the Secretary for amounts not less than $1,000 and no more frequently than monthly. The LPA shall submit progress reports on the Project, in a form acceptable to the Secretary, together with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Further, if a final report is required for the Project, the LPA shall submit such final report to the Secretary prior to the LPA’s receipt of final payment.
