Unless we are required by law to provide this billing data to you free of charge, you must pay us a reasonable fee before we provide the data to you. For example, this information will be free of charge: (a) for the first request that you make in a year if the data requested is for a period less than the last 2 years, or (b) if you request the billing data in relation to a dispute with us.
