Moving out of the Premises. Subject to the provisions of clause 22 relating to ending this Contract:
(a) if you move out of the Premises and you wish to terminate this Contract, then you must advise us at least 5 Business Days before you move out, and give us an address where the final bill can be sent.
(b) If you advise us as described in clause 16(a) and you move out of the Premises at the time specified in your notice, then we will arrange for the Network Operator to make a final Meter reading on the day that you move out of the Premises and we will issue a final bill to you. If we are unable to do this for any reason, we will estimate in good faith your energy consumption up to and including your last day at the Premises. You are required to pay for electricity used up to the date you move out of the Premises as measured or estimated.
(c) If you have demonstrated to us that you were evicted from the Premises or were otherwise required to vacate the Premises we will not require you to pay for the electricity consumed at the Premises from the date that you advise us of the following:
(i) the date that you vacated or intend to vacate the Premises; and
(ii) a forwarding address to which a final bill may be sent.
(d) If you do not advise us as described in clause 16(a) then, subject to any applicable laws, we may require you to pay for electricity used at the Premises to a maximum of 5 days after we discover that you have moved out of the Premises.
(e) If your final bill is in credit after you have paid us all amounts payable under clauses 16(b), 16(d) and 22.5 then we will repay the credited amount to you.
Moving out of the Premises. (a) If you move out of the premises and no longer wish to obtain an electricity supply at the premises, you must notify us:
(1) of the date of your departure from the premises:
(a) if the premises are in any of the Albany, Bunbury, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie or Perth metropolitan areas, at least 3 business days before you move out; or
(b) if the premises are outside the metropolitan areas named above, at least 5 business days before you move out; and
(2) of an address where the final ▇▇▇▇ can be sent.
(b) If you notify us as described in clause 9.3(a) and you move out of the premises at the time specified in your notice, then we will arrange a final meter reading on the day that you move out of the premises and issue a final ▇▇▇▇ to you for electricity consumed at the premises and other charges relating to your supply at the premises (including, for example, supply charges) up to the day you move out of the premises
(c) If you have demonstrated to us that you were evicted from the premises or were otherwise required to vacate the premises, we will not require you to pay for electricity consumed at the premises from whichever is the later of the date you vacate the premises and the date that you notify us of the following:
(1) the date that you vacated or intend to vacate the
(2) a forwarding address to which a final ▇▇▇▇ may be sent. However, we may still charge you for other charges relating to your supply at the premises (including, for example, supply charges and our reasonable charges for reading the meter).
(d) If you move out of the premises and no longer wish to obtain an electricity supply at the premises and you have not notified us of that and of an address where the final ▇▇▇▇ can be sent at least 3 business days before you move out, then, subject to any applicable laws, we may require you to pay for our reasonable charges for reading the meter and for electricity consumed at the premises for up to a maximum of 5 days after you do notify us that you have moved out of the premises.
(e) If you move out of the premises and no longer wish to obtain an electricity supply at the premises and you have given us at least 3 business days notice of the time of your departure from the premises and of an address where the final ▇▇▇▇ can be sent before you move out, then (despite the notice requirements in clause 9.3(a) and irrespective of whether the premises are within or outside the metropolitan areas named in clause 9.3(a)(1)(A) above) we may require you to pa...
Moving out of the Premises.
(a) If you are ending the Contract because you are moving out of the Premises you must follow the procedure specified in clause 16 and advise us of:
(i) the date that you intend to move out of the Premises;
(ii) an address where the final bill can be sent;
(iii) whether you intend to assign your rights and obligations to the new owner or occupier of the Premises; and
(iv) the name and contact details of the new owner or occupier, if applicable.
(b) We will issue a final bill to you based on the Meter reading or estimate undertaken in clause 16(b).
Moving out of the Premises. (a) If you are ending the contract because you are moving out of the Premises you follow the procedure specified in clause 17 and give us at least 5 days notice and advise us of:
(i) the date that you intend to move out of the Premises;
(ii) an address where the final ▇▇▇▇ can be sent;
(iii) whether you intend to assign your rights and obligations to the new owner or occupier of the Premises; and
(iv) the name and contact details of the new owner/occupier, if applicable.
(b) We will issue a final ▇▇▇▇ to you based on the meter reading or estimate undertaken in Clause 15(b). Subject to clause 23.3(c) you must pay us the amount stated in the Electricity Supply Equipment Schedule.
(c) Provided you obtain our prior written consent to transfer this contract and the new owner or occupier agrees to the assignment of this contract, you will not have to pay the amount due under clause 23.5(a).
Moving out of the Premises. 4.3.1.1 When this Lease ends, you must have completed the Reinstatement Works in line with this Lease (including the Tenants’ Guide), and return the Premises and all keys (including mailbox keys) to us.
4.3.1.2 If you fail to keep to clause 4.3.1.1, we may carry out the Reinstatement Works. If we do this, you must pay us immediately:
(a) all our costs and expenses, and
(b) an amount equal to double the amount of Gross Rent due for the period it takes us to carry out and complete the Reinstatement Works.
4.3.1.3 If we agree that you do not need to carry out the Reinstatement Works, we may require you to pay a reinstatement amount, which we will estimate based on the costs and expenses that we may need to pay to carry out and complete the Reinstatement Works. After making this payment, you will be considered to have transferred all such fixtures and fittings to us and we may remove, dispose or deal with them as we see fit, and you may not claim for any money left over after our removing, disposing or dealing with such fixtures and fittings.

Moving out of the Premises. (a) If you are a pre-payment meter customer and you advise us of the date you will be moving out of the premises, then we will ensure you can retrieve all remaining credit on the pre-payment meter at the time you leave the premises.
(b) If you do not advise us as described above, then you will lose any credit remaining on the pre-payment meter.

In that case, you are only required to pay for gas usedconsumed at the premises and other charges relating to your supply at the premises (including, for example, supply charges) up to the day you move out of the premises.
(c) If you advise us as described in clause 9.4(a), and you move out of the premises before the time specified in your notice, then you must pay for our reasonable charges for reading the meter and for gas up to the time specified in your notice unless you have demonstrated to us that you were evicted from the premises or were otherwise required to vacate the premises.

d) If You do not advise Us as described in clause 11.5(a), then subject to any applicable Laws, We may require You to pay for electricity used at the Premises for up to a maximum of 5 days after We discover that You have moved out of the Premises.
