9.3 To the extent allowable by law, CLEC shall be responsible for both Primary Interexchange carrier (PIC) and Local Primary IntraLATA Presubscription (LPIC) change charges associated with each local Exchange line furnished to CLEC under this Attachment. CLEC shall pay all charges for PIC and LPIC changes at the rates set forth in the Pricing Schedule or, if any such rate is not listed in the Pricing Schedule, than as set forth in the applicable tariff.
