Billing Records and Exchange of Data. 55.7.1 Parties will use their best efforts to convert all networks transporting transit traffic to deliver each call to the other Party’s network with SS7 Common Channel Interoffice Signaling (CCIS) and other appropriate TCAP messages in order to facilitate full interoperability and billing functions. The Parties agree to send all message indicators, including originating telephone number, local routing number and CIC. 55.7.2 Upon request by CLEC and to the extent possible, CenturyLink agrees to provide the CLEC information on Transit Traffic which is routed to CLEC utilizing CenturyLink’s Transit Service. To the extent CenturyLink incurs additional cost in providing this billing information, CLEC agrees to reimburse CenturyLink for its direct costs of providing this information. 55.7.3 To the extent that the industry adopts a standard record format for recording originating and/or terminating transit calls, both Parties agree to comply with the industry-adopted format to exchange records.

The Parties agree to send all message indicators, including originating telephone number, local routing number and CIC.
55.7.2 (b) Upon request by CLEC and to the extent possible, CenturyLink agrees to provide the CLEC information on Transit Traffic which is routed originated by a third party ILEC, LEC or CMRS provider. If CLEC requests such information and only to CLEC utilizing CenturyLink’s Transit Service. To the extent CenturyLink incurs additional cost in providing this billing information, CLEC agrees to reimburse CenturyLink for its direct costs of providing this information.
55.7.3 (c) To the extent that the industry adopts a standard record format for recording originating and/or terminating transit Transit Traffic calls, both Parties agree to comply with the industry-adopted format to exchange records.

To the extent CenturyLink incurs additional cost in providing this billing information, CLEC agrees to reimburse CenturyLink for its direct costs of providing this information.
