Billing Reports; Invoices. As soon as practicable after the end of each Month, but in any case within thirty (30) days after the end of each Month, Operator shall provide Owner with a Billing Report for the Facility setting forth the Services provided to the Facility, the Actual Operating Expenses incurred during such Month, and a comparison between the Actual Operating Expenses incurred during such Month and the amount set forth in the estimate provided by Operator for such Month. Each Billing Report shall be accompanied by appropriate time records, receipts, cost accounting coding, and other information as Owner may reasonably request to verify that the Operating Expenses were properly incurred. Operator shall also provide Owner with an invoice, payable by Owner within thirty (30) days of receipt, reflecting: (a) fees and bonuses due under Article IX; (b) the O&M Employees monthly Labor Costs for the Facility; and (c) the Operating Expenses in that Month for the Facility to the extent not paid directly by Owner.
