Common use of Binding Determination Clause in Contracts

Binding Determination. In the event of any dispute or disagreement between any Unit Owners relating to the Property; or the use, right to use or maintenance of any Common Element; or any other questions or interpretation or application of the provisions of this Amended and Restated Master Deed, the By-Laws or any Rule or Regulation, the determination of the Board shall be final and binding on each and all Unit Owners.

Binding Determination. In the event of any dispute or disagreement between any Unit Owners relating to the Property; or , the use, right to use or the maintenance of any Limited Common Element; Elements, or any other questions or of interpretation or application of the provisions of this Amended and Restated Master Deed, Deed or the By-Laws or any Rule or RegulationBy- Laws, the determination of thereof by the Board shall be final and binding on each and all such Unit Owners, family members, occupants, invitees and guests.
