Common use of Binding Effect on Successors Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect on Successors. This Warrant may not be assigned by Holder without the prior written consent of the Company. If this Warrant is assigned pursuant to the terms hereof, the term “Holder” shall be deemed to refer to the permitted assignee(s).
