BINDING VERSION. This Deed of Trust has been translated into English and such translation has been notarially confirmed. The Deed of Trust which was signed by the parties is in the English language. In the event of a conflict between the wording of the Deed of Trust in Hebrew and the wording of the Deed of Trust in English, the provisions of the Deed of Trust in English shall prevail.
BINDING VERSION. The official and binding version of this Agreement shall be English irrevocable of the language into which it may be translated.
BINDING VERSION. This Agreement and their respective Schedules and Annexes as well as any country specific supplement (if any) shall be executed in the German and the English language; both versions, the German as well as the English language versions shall be binding versions.
