Bituminous constructions. (a) For Bituminous constructions other than wearing course, where the surface is low, the deficiency shall be corrected by the adding fresh material and recompacting specifications, where the surface is high the full depth of the layer shal bo removed and replaced with fresh material and compacted . to specifications. (b) For wearing course, where the surface is nigh or low the full depth of the layer shall be removed and replaced with fresh material and compacted to specifications. In all case where the removal and replacement of a bituminous layer is involved, the area treated shall not be less than 5 metre and less than 1 land wide
