Board Allowance. 16.01:1 It is understood and agreed that room and board allowance will be paid in accordance with Article 15.03:1 of this Agreement. 16.01:2 Where an employee is required to work more than sixty (60) kilometres beyond the prescribed boundaries then the employer shall reimburse the employee in accordance with one of the following based on seven (7) days a week: (a) effective May 1, 2007 one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per day for meals and accommodation. (b) the actual cost of a reasonable level of accommodation and meals supported by receipts. (c) the employer to arrange and provide the employee, at no cost, with a reasonable level of accommodation and meals daily.
