Aid Allowance Clause Samples

The Aid Allowance clause defines the terms under which financial or material assistance is provided to a party, typically to support the performance of contractual obligations. This clause outlines the amount, form, and conditions of the aid, such as whether it is a fixed sum, reimbursable expenses, or in-kind support like equipment or personnel. Its core function is to ensure that the recipient has the necessary resources to fulfill their duties under the contract, thereby reducing the risk of non-performance due to lack of support.
