Board Forms. Forms used by unit members will be available on the district website or other Board adopted provider to all unit members at the beginning of each school year. This includes class the grievance form and personnel file form which are attached to the parties’ agreement as addendums. Any updated or newly developed form(s) will be posted on the website or on other Board adopted provider in a timely manner.
