Common use of Board Level Clause in Contracts

Board Level. If the answer of the Superintendent, or his/her designee, does not satisfactorily resolve the grievance, the grievant and/or the Organization may within ten (10) days after receipt of the written answer from the Superintendent, or his/her designee, submit the grievance to the Board in writing, including the answer of the Superintendent, or his/her designee, and the immediate supervisor. The Board shall hear the grievant and/or the Organization and shall submit a written answer to the grievance to the grievant and/or the Organization within twenty (20) calendar days after receipt of the grievance. Winter and Spring breaks excluded.
