Board Meeting Minutes. The District shall provide the Union President with the agenda of future meetings of the District Board of directions as soon as practicable following delivery to the school board. The District shall provide the Union with a copy of the official minutes of the Board meetings within fifteen (15) days after the minutes have been approved by the board.
