The 'Board Meetings - Notification' clause establishes the requirement and procedure for informing board members about upcoming meetings. Board Meetings - Notification. The President of the Association will be provided written notice of all regular and special meetings of the Board together with a copy of the agenda or statement of purpose of each meeting at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time of the meeting.
