BOATYARD USER REQUIRED BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES. It is the City and Borough of Wrangell’s goal to ensure that use of this facility is done in an environmentally responsible manner. Towards that goal, users are required to follow Best Management Practices (BMP’S) at all times, designed to prevent or reduce the discharge of pollutants into surface or ground water. IN THE EVENT THE HARBOR DEPARTMENT DETERMINES THAT THE BMPS ARE NOT BEING FOLLOWED, THE PROJECT IN QUESTION WILL BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE PROJECT IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE BMPS.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications.   • Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, and ▇▇- ▇▇▇-▇▇▇, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”).   • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant- assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.
