Bona Fide Firm Order. 6.11.1 In Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee, WebShoppe shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a Company Premises by submitting a Physical Expanded Interconnection Firm Order document (“Firm Order”) to the Company. A Firm Order shall be considered Bona Fide when WebShoppe has completed the Application/Inquiry process described in Section 6.2, preceding, and has submitted the Firm Order document indicating acceptance of the Application Response provided by the Company. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by the Company no later than five (5) business days after the Company’s Application Response to WebShoppe’s Bona Fide Application. 6.11.2 Except as otherwise provided, in all States that have ordered provisioning intervals but not addressed Firm Order intervals, the following shall apply. WebShoppe shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Premises by submitting a Firm Order to BellSouth. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) calendar days after BellSouth’s Application Response to WebShoppe’s Bona Fide Application or the Application will expire. 6.11.3 In Mississippi, WebShoppe shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Premises by submitting a Firm Order to BellSouth. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) business days after BellSouth’s Application Response to WebShoppe’s Bona Fide Application or the Application will expire. 6.11.4 BellSouth will establish a firm order date based upon the date BellSouth is in receipt of a Bona Fide Firm Order. BellSouth will acknowledge the receipt of WebShoppe’s Bona Fide Firm Order within seven (7) calendar days of receipt indicating that the Bona Fide Firm Order has been received. A BellSouth response to a Bona Fide Firm Order will include a Firm Order Confirmation containing the firm order date. No revisions will be made to a Bona Fide Firm Order.

The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) calendar days (in Mississippi 30 business days) after BellSouth’s Application Response to WebShoppeALEC Inc.,’s Bona Fide Application or the Application will expire. 6.11.3 6.12.3 In Kentucky and Mississippi, WebShoppe ALEC Inc., shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Premises Remote Terminal Location by submitting a Physical Expanded Interconnection Firm Order document (“Firm Order”) to BellSouth. A Firm Order shall be considered Bona Fide when ALEC Inc., has completed the Application/Inquiry process described in Section 6, preceding and has submitted the Firm Order document indicating acceptance of the Application Response provided by BellSouth. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) calendar days (in Mississippi 30 business days days) after BellSouth’s Application Response to WebShoppeALEC Inc.,’s Bona Fide Application or the Application will expire. 6.11.4 6.12.4 BellSouth will establish a firm order date based upon the date BellSouth is in receipt of a Bona Fide Firm Order. BellSouth will acknowledge the receipt of WebShoppeALEC Inc.,’s Bona Fide Firm Order within seven (7) calendar days of receipt indicating that the Bona Fide Firm Order has been received. A BellSouth response to a Bona Fide Firm Order will include a Firm Order Confirmation containing the firm order date. No revisions will be made to a Bona Fide Firm Order.

If Powertel fails to submit its Bona Fide Firm Order to BellSouth within the time frames set forth above, the provisioning intervals set forth in section 6.6 shall apply from the date of receipt indicating that of the Bona Fide Firm Order has been receivedand not from the date of the Bona Fide Application. A BellSouth response If Powertel fails to submit a Bona Fide Firm Order within fifteen (15) days of its receipt of an Application Response, the Application will include a Firm Order Confirmation containing the firm order date. A Bona Fide Firm Order requires Network Telephone to complete the Application/Inquiry process described in Subsection 6.1, preceding, and submit the Expanded Interconnection Bona Fide Firm Order document (BSTEI-1P-F) indicating acceptance of the written application response provided by BellSouth (“Bona Fide Firm Order”) and all appropriate fees. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) calendar days after ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s response to Network Telephone’s Application/Inquiry. If Network Telephone makes changes to its application in light of BellSouth’s written Application Response Response, BellSouth will be required to WebShoppere-evaluate and respond to the change(s). In this event, BellSouth’s Bona Fide Application or provisioning interval will not start until the Application will expire. 6.11.3 In Mississippi, WebShoppe shall indicate its intent re-evaluation and response to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Premises by submitting a Firm Order to BellSouth. The the change(s) is complete and the Bona Fide Firm Order must be is received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) business days after BellSouthand all appropriate fees and duties have been executed. If BellSouth needs to reevaluate Network Telephone’s Application Response application as a result of changes requested by Network Telephone to WebShoppeNetwork Telephone’s Bona Fide Application original application, then BellSouth will charge Network Telephone a fee based upon the additional engineering hours required to do the reassessment. Major changes such as requesting additional space or adding additional equipment may require Network Telephone to resubmit the Application will expireapplication with an application fee. 6.11.4 6.3.1 BellSouth will establish a firm order date date, per request, based upon the date BellSouth is in receipt of a Bona Fide Firm Order. BellSouth ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will acknowledge the receipt of WebShoppeNetwork Telephone’s Bona Fide Firm Order within seven five (75) calendar business days of receipt indicating that the Bona Fide Firm Order has been received. No revisions . 6.3.2 BellSouth will be made permit one accompanied site visit to a Network Telephone’s designated collocation arrangement location after receipt of the Bona Fide Firm OrderOrder without charge to Network Telephone. 6.3.3 Space preparation for the Collocation Space will not begin until BellSouth receives the Bona Fide Firm Order and all applicable fees. 6.3.4 Network Telephone must submit to BellSouth the completed Access Control Request Form (RF-2906-A) for all employees or agents requiring access to the BellSouth Central Office a minimum of 30 calendar days prior to the date Network Telephone desires access to the Collocation Space.

The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) calendar days after BellSouth’s Application Response response to WebShoppeALEC, Inc.’s Bona Fide Application Application/Inquiry. If ALEC, Inc. makes significant changes from the Application/Inquiry to space, power, or wiring requirements or changes in the Application amount or type of equipment to be placed, BellSouth will expire. 6.11.3 be required to re-evaluate and re-respond to the request. BellSouth ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will acknowledge the receipt of WebShoppeALEC, Inc.’s Bona Fide Firm Order within seven (7) calendar 15 days of receipt indicating that the Bona Fide Firm Order has been receivedreceived and that the order is accurate and complete or if the order is not accurate and complete, details as to the necessary information needed to cause the order to be accurate and complete. A BellSouth response to a Bona Fide Firm Order complete and accurate firm order will include a Firm Order Confirmation containing the firm order date. No revisions . 4.2.2 BellSouth will be made to a permit one site visit after receipt of the Bona Fide Firm Order. Security escort charges will be assessed for the site visit. 4.2.3 Space preparation for the Collocation Space will not begin until BellSouth receives the Bona Fide Firm Order and all applicable fees.

BellSouth will acknowledge the receipt of WebShoppe’s Bona Fide Firm Order within seven (7) calendar days of receipt indicating that the Bona Fide Firm Order has been received. A BellSouth response to a Bona Fide Firm Order will include a Firm Order Confirmation containing the firm order date. No revisions will be made to a Bona Fide Firm Order.

Bona Fide Firm Order. 6.11.1 6.12.1 In Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee, WebShoppe ALEC Inc., shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a Company Premises Premise by submitting a Physical Expanded Interconnection Firm Order document (“Firm Order”) to the Company. A Firm Order shall be considered Bona Fide when WebShoppe ALEC Inc., has completed the Application/Inquiry process described in Section 6.2, preceding, and has submitted the Firm Order document indicating acceptance of the Application Response provided by the Company. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by the Company no later than five (5) business days after the Company’s Application Response to WebShoppeALEC Inc.,’s Bona Fide Application. 6.11.2 6.12.2 Except as otherwise provided, in all States that have ordered provisioning intervals but not addressed Firm Order intervals, the following shall apply. WebShoppe ALEC Inc., shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Premises Remote Site Location by submitting a Physical Expanded Interconnection Firm Order document (“Firm Order”) to BellSouth. A Firm Order shall be considered Bona Fide when ALEC Inc., has completed the Application/Inquiry process described in this Section 6, preceding and has submitted the Firm Order document indicating acceptance of the Application Response provided by BellSouth. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) calendar days (in Mississippi 30 business days) after BellSouth’s Application Response to WebShoppeALEC Inc.,’s Bona Fide Application or the Application will expire. 6.11.3 6.12.3 In Kentucky and Mississippi, WebShoppe ALEC Inc., shall indicate its intent to proceed with equipment installation in a BellSouth Premises Remote Terminal Location by submitting a Physical Expanded Interconnection Firm Order document (“Firm Order”) to BellSouth. A Firm Order shall be considered Bona Fide when ALEC Inc., has completed the Application/Inquiry process described in Section 6, preceding and has submitted the Firm Order document indicating acceptance of the Application Response provided by BellSouth. The Bona Fide Firm Order must be received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) calendar days (in Mississippi 30 business days days) after BellSouth’s Application Response to WebShoppeALEC Inc.,’s Bona Fide Application or the Application will expire. 6.11.4 6.12.4 BellSouth will establish a firm order date based upon the date BellSouth is in receipt of a Bona Fide Firm Order. BellSouth ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will acknowledge the receipt of WebShoppeALEC Inc.,’s Bona Fide Firm Order within seven (7) calendar days of receipt indicating that the Bona Fide Firm Order has been received.
