A Bona Fide Firm Order requires Adelphia to complete the Application/Inquiry process described in Subsection 6.1, preceding, and submit the Expanded Interconnection Bona Fide Firm Order document (BSTEI-1P-F) indicating acceptance of the written application response provided by BellSouth (“Bona Fide Firm Order”) and all appropriate fees.
