Common use of Boot Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Boot Reimbursement. All employees who are directed to wear steel-toed foot wear on the job shall be reimbursed upon the purchase of approved steel-toed foot wear, receipt required, annual maximum: one fifty hundred dollars ($150). This reimbursement may be used for repair, receipt required, reimbursement limited to actual cost of repairs. Employees who are directed to wear steel-toed foot wear may combine the steel-toed boot reimbursement and clothing allowance, receipts required, combined annual maximum: three hundred dollars ($300).
