The Booth Representatives clause defines the rules and requirements regarding individuals who are authorized to staff or represent an exhibitor at a booth during an event or trade show. Typically, this clause outlines the qualifications, identification procedures, and conduct expected of booth representatives, such as requiring them to wear badges or limiting the number of representatives per booth. BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES. Booth representatives shall be restricted to Exhibitor’s employees and their authorized representatives. All booths must be staffed by the Exhibitor during all open show hours.
BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES. Exhibitors’ booth representatives shall be restricted to employees of the exhibiting companies who are actually working in the exhibitor's booth. Booth representatives shall wear "EXHIBITOR" identification furnished by OBS at all times. OBS may limit the number of booth representatives at any time. Exhibitors shall not permit non-exhibiting companies’ representatives to promote goods or services from the Exhibitor’s booth at the trade show.
BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES. Exhibitor’s booth representatives shall be restricted to employees of the exhibiting companies who are working in the Exhibitor’s booth. Booth representatives shall wear “EXHIBITOR” badge identification furnished by ASLA at all times. ASLA may limit the number of booth representatives at any time.
BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES. EXHIBITOR may be represented in its booth by direct representatives (employees who are scheduled for actual booth work) and distributor representatives.
BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES. Booth representation is limited to Exhibitor. Exhibitor shall not permit in its booth a non-exhibiting company representative. Exhibitor shall staff it booth during all open Show hours. Booth Representative shall at all times wear badge identification ap- proved by Show Management. Show Management may limit the number of booth personnel at any time. All Exhibitors, their Booth Representa- tives, employees and agents shall be properly attired and conduct themselves in a professional manner while at the Exhibit Hall.
BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES. The Exhibitor’s booth representatives shall be re- stricted to employees of the exhibiting organization who are registered to attend the Annual Meeting. Booth representatives shall wear “Exhibitor” badge identification, furnished by UnitedAg, at all times.

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

  • Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes. B. Staff representatives may have access to the Employer’s offices or facilities to carry out representational activities. The representatives will notify the Employer prior to their arrival and will not interrupt the normal operations of the Employer. The staff representative may meet with bargaining unit employees in non-work areas during the employee’s meal periods, rest periods, and before and after the employee’s shift. C. The Employer’s written Board of Trustee or administrative policies pertaining to employees represented by the Union will be made available to staff representatives.

  • Union Representatives Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the number may be altered from time to time. Where a Union Representative commences on an extended leave of absence, the Union will endeavour to find a temporary replacement for the Union Representative from within the Home.

  • City’s Representative The City hereby designates ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City’s Representative”). City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract. Consultant shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the City’s Representative or his or her designee.
