If such jobs are offered, the offer shall be subject to a mutually satisfactory agreement between the Company and the Union as to the disposition of pension, severance and other rights under agreements covering this Bargaining Unit. Also, if such offer is made, it shall be subject to the terms of any collective bargaining agreement or policies in effect at any such new location
