Normal Work Day Clause Samples

The 'Normal Work Day' clause defines the standard hours and days during which employees are expected to perform their regular duties. Typically, this clause specifies the start and end times of the workday, the number of hours constituting a full workday, and which days of the week are considered standard working days. For example, it may state that employees work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The core function of this clause is to establish clear expectations for attendance and scheduling, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes regarding working hours.
