Normal Work Day. The normal workday will consist of ten (10) hours of work to be completed within ten and one-half (10 1/2) consecutive hours.
Normal Work Day. The Local and/or the affected employee(s) may request a meeting with the supervisor to discuss the proposed schedule change and its implementation.
9.1.2 Employees will not be expected to work beyond their normal capacity in any assignment.
Normal Work Day. The immediate supervisor will determine the normal work day according to the particular needs of the job site. One and one-half times the employee's regular hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work performed in excess of forty (40) hours per week. Overtime shall not be allowed without the approval of the immediate supervisor.
