Both Layers. It is understood and agreed that the Terrorist Activity Aggregate Limit shall be the Reinsurer’s maximum liability for each calendar year hereunder for all loss, cost or expense caused directly or indirectly by Terrorist Activity, as defined in the Agreement, including any action in hindering or defending against an actual or expected incident of Terrorist Activity and regardless of any other cause or event that in any way contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the loss, cost or expense.
Both Layers. Regardless of the option chosen by the Company at expiration or cancellation, in the event the Company is bound by statute or regulation to continue coverage, the Reinsurers will continue to receive premium as set forth above on such policies quarterly as earned. Ceding CommissionCoverage B (cessions layer): As respects Coverage B, the Reinsurer shall allow the Company a 22.5% commission on all premiums ceded to the Reinsurer hereunder. The Company shall allow the Reinsurer return commission on return premiums at the same rate.

  • Interior The insurance covers personal property normally contained in the vehicle and belonging to the owner of the vehicle or a member of his or her household.   • Excavation If an excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to the Leased Premises, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter upon the Leased Premises for the purpose of doing such work as said person shall deem necessary to preserve the wall or the building of which the Leased Premises form a part from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundation, without any claim for damages or indemnity from Landlord, or diminution or abatement of Rent.

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.
