Boundary structures. (a) To use best endeavours to protect all ▇▇▇▇▇▇, fences, boundaries or gates in the allotment site of which the Allotment Garden forms part (“The Allotment site”) or in adjoining land and any notice-board which has been or may at any time during the tenancy be erected by the Council on the Allotment Garden or the Allotment site. (b) To maintain any ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and fences on the plot so as not to cast shade on adjoining plots

Boundary structures. The Tenant shall keep every hedge that forms part of the boundary of the allotment plot properly cut and trimmed, keep all ditches properly cleansed and maintained and keep in good repair any other fences, gates or sheds on the allotment plot and use their best endeavours to protect any other ▇▇▇▇▇▇, fences, and gates of the allotment site. • Paths and ditches must be kept in good order and clear of obstruction at all times. Paths/ Boundaries between plots must be kept weed free and is the responsibility of the allotment holder as identified in the plan (tenants will be advised of the plan when more detailed inspection of all boundaries take place). • The Tenant must not use barbed or razor wire for a fence adjoining any path set out by the Council for the use of occupiers of the allotment plots. • Fences or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may not be erected that are higher than 4 feet. • If maintenance is not properly carried out, the Council reserves the right to levy a charge to recover any costs incurred.

This includes the protection of any notice board which has been or at any time during the tenancy may be erected by the Council on the Allotment or the allotment field.

Boundary structures. The Joint Tenants must keep every hedge that forms part of the Allotments property cut and trimmed and all ditches properly cleaned, maintain and keep in repair any fences and any gates on the Allotment, and use their best endeavours to protect any other ▇▇▇▇▇▇, fences or gates in the allotment field of which the Allotment forms part or in adjoining land and any notice board which has been or may at any time during the tenancy be erected by the Council on the Allotment or the allotment field

Boundary structures. The Tenant must keep every hedge that abuts any part of the Allotment properly cut and trimmed as directed by the Council, and must not damage any other ▇▇▇▇▇▇, fences or gates in the Allotment Garden or on any adjoining land.

Boundary structures. The Tenant must keep every hedge that forms part of the Allotment Garden properly cut and trimmed to a maximum height of 1.5 metres [5’] and all ditches properly cleaned, maintain and keep in repair any fences wall and any gate on the Allotment Garden, and use his best endeavours to protect any other ▇▇▇▇▇▇, fences, walls or gates in the Allotment Site of which the Allotment Garden forms part or in adjoining land and any notice board which has been or may at any time during the tenancy be erected by the Council on the Allotment Garden or the Allotment Site. The Tenant shall not erect any fence wall or similar structure on an Allotment garden without the express written permission of the Council. In the event that permission is granted for the erection of a fence wall or similar structure the Tenant shall be responsible for its maintenance and the Council may in its absolute discretion require the fence wall or similar structure to be taken down and removed from the Allotment Garden or repaired to the satisfaction of the Council.

Boundary structures. 2.8.1 The Tenant must keep every hedge that forms part of the Allotment properly cut and trimmed and all ditches properly cleaned and maintained and keep in repair any fences and any gates on the Allotment, and use his best endeavours to protect any other ▇▇▇▇▇▇, fences or gates in the Allotment Site of which the Allotment forms part or in any adjoining land and any notice board which has been or may at any time during the tenancy be erected by the Council on the Allotment or the Allotment Site. 2.8.2 The Tenant will not damage by his or her acts or omissions, any fences, gates, signs, water tanks, taps or other fixtures or equipment set on and around the Allotment Site being the property of the Council and in the cases of fences and gates also those which are the property of the neighbours to the Allotment Site.
