Branch Clause Samples
The "Branch" clause defines the conditions under which a party may establish or operate a branch office or subsidiary in a different location, often within another jurisdiction. Typically, this clause outlines the requirements for notification, compliance with local laws, and any limitations on the activities of the branch. By specifying these terms, the clause ensures that both parties understand the scope and limitations of expanding operations, thereby reducing legal and operational risks associated with branching.
