Common use of BREACH OF CONDITION Clause in Contracts

BREACH OF CONDITION. Where there is a breach of any condition of this policy, the insured will be covered, provided that: 1. The breach occurs without knowledge of any insured, and not reasonably expected to have known about it, and 2. We are advised as soon as any insured is aware of the breach of condition, and 3. The insured pays us any additional premium we require, and 4. We may apply reasonable terms and conditions to this policy.
