Common use of Breach of Representation Clause in Contracts

Breach of Representation. Any representation, warranty, certification or other statement made or deemed made by any Credit Party in this Agreement, any Other Document or in any statement or certificate at any time given by any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries in writing pursuant hereto or thereto or in connection herewith or therewith shall be false in any material respect (or in any respect with respect to any representation or warranty which, by its terms is limited as to materiality) as of the date made or deemed made;

Breach of Representation. Any representation, warranty, certification representation or other statement made or deemed warranty made by any Credit Party in this Agreement, herein or any Other Document is breached or is false or misleading in any statement material respect, or certificate at any time given schedule, certificate, financial statement, report, notice or other writing furnished by any Credit Party to Agent or any of its Subsidiaries in writing pursuant hereto or thereto or Lender in connection herewith is false or therewith shall be false misleading in any material respect (or in any respect with respect to any representation or warranty which, by its terms is limited as to materiality) on the date as of which the date made facts therein set forth are stated or deemed madecertified;

Breach of Representation. Any representation, warranty, certification representation or other statement warranty made or deemed made by any Credit Party in this Agreement, any Other other Loan Document or in any related agreement, certificate, document or financial or other statement or certificate furnished at any time given by any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries in writing pursuant hereto or thereto or in connection herewith or therewith shall be false prove to have been incorrect in any material respect or when taken together with all such other information delivered under the Loan Documents, misleading in any material respect (or except, in each case, that any respect with respect to any such representation or warranty which, that is already qualified or modified by its terms is limited as to materialitymateriality shall be true and correct in all respects) as of on the date when made or deemed to have been made;
