Maximum Advances Sample Clauses

The "Maximum Advances" clause sets a cap on the total amount of funds or credit that a lender is obligated to provide to a borrower under a loan agreement. In practice, this means that even if the borrower requests additional advances or draws, the lender is not required to provide more than the specified maximum amount. For example, if the maximum advance is set at $1 million, the lender will not fund requests that would cause the outstanding balance to exceed this limit. This clause serves to limit the lender's financial exposure and provides clear boundaries for both parties regarding the extent of available credit.
