The 'Break Rooms' clause establishes the employer's obligation to provide designated areas where employees can take rest breaks during their work shifts. Break Rooms. Where existing TSA-controlled space, funding, and infrastructure permit, TSA will equip break rooms under its control in accordance with TSA’s Facility Program of Requirements with vending machines, refrigeration, microwave ovens and running water. Space plans and seating will be based on twenty (20) percent of the total on-duty staffing. Management will notify the AFGE local president or designee in advance of a plan for any break room infrastructure project over $1,000.00 and the AFGE local president or designee will have an opportunity to review that plan.

Break Rooms. The Employer will provide and make available break room facilities. These will be as near to employee work sites as conditions will allow.
Break Rooms. > The City shall provide a designated break room in the Public Safety Building, City Hall and Operations Center that is separate from work space and contains furnishings suitable for use by employees that are on break. The City shall also provide a private space, in compliance with state law, to be utilized by nursing mothers.
Break Rooms. Employer and Union members will use reasonable efforts to ensure breakroom and clock in/out areas are disinfected in compliance with CDC guidelines and will work with clients to identify alternate areas for breaks and lunch, including the floors they clean, and/or stagger breaks, in order to practice social distancing at all times while at work.
