Breaking of Seniority Ties. In the event that more than one individual employee began continuous daily employment on the same date, a drawing by lot shall be held to determine seniority ranking. The Association and all employees so affected shall be notified in writing of the date, place, and time of the drawing. The drawing shall be conducted openly and at a time and place which will allow affected employees and the Association to be in attendance.
