Breaks Between Shifts. 35.1 All Employees will be entitled to a minimum break of 10 hours between the completion of work on one day and the commencement of work on the following day. 35.2 If, on the instructions of the Employer, an Employee resumes or continues work without having at least 10 hours off duty, the Employee will be paid double-time of their applicable hourly rate of pay for all time worked until being released from duty for such period and will be entitled to be absent until the Employee has had 10 consecutive hours off duty.
