Breaks in Seniority. Seniority shall be broken or terminated if an employee: (1) Quits. (2) Is discharged for just cause. (3) Is laid off and fails to accept recall as provided in Section 14.6. (4) The employee shall suffer no break in seniority providing the employee registers an employee’s intent to remain on the recall list every ninety (90) days. (5) Fails to report to work at the termination of an extended leave of absence.
