Broadcast. If the service is Free To Air, the Content Protection System shall implement all forms of protection authorized or otherwise permissible in the Licensed Territories for digital broadcast which shall at a minimum include no redistribution signaling once the standard has been ratified by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB).
Broadcast. The right to broadcast by radio or television (by living actors, transcriptions and other present or future means) dramatic versions, sketches, scenes, adaptations and material from or based upon the Work or any motion picture version thereof, and announcements of or concerning such motion pictures, which announcements may include material from the Work or from such motion pictures.

All of the foregoing shall include, but not be limited to, programs broadcast on radio, network and cable television, and the Internet. Subject to the conditions listed below, capture may be made of rehearsals and performances for the uses listed above. Theatre may also capture interviews, backstage footage, other non-rehearsal/non-performance footage, and promotional and publicity events (together, “Additional Footage”), which must be voluntary.
(1) During a rehearsal:
(a) Starting with the first day of rehearsal through the official opening or one week following the first paid public performance, whichever is earlier, regularly scheduled rehearsals may be captured for up to four consecutive or non- consecutive hours per week over any three-day period. Any capture lasting less than one hour shall constitute a full hour block. In repertory companies, the four consecutive or non-consecutive hours apply per week, not per production.
(b) The Stage Manager shall file a report with Equity giving the time utilized for the capture. Said report shall be initialed by the Deputy(ies). Upon contemplation of capture during a rehearsal, the Theatre shall make every reasonable effort to give the cast 24 hours’ notice.
(c) If the time of capture is changed, the Theatre shall notify the cast of such change and of the rescheduled time.
Broadcast. Allowed to use fonts for large scale broadcast purposes; Video and moving image public transmission, including digital signage screens, TV advertising, cinema advertising.

Broadcast. Licensee shall have the right to license the broadcast of UNLV Events. Licensee shall retain all of the broadcast revenue derived from UNLV Events and shall be responsible for all of the costs associated with any such broadcast. Licensee, teams, event participants and any other related party to the event production or broadcast, as applicable, or any of their agents or assignees producing or broadcasting such events on radio, television, motion picture or other technologies, shall provide a live feed of such events for distribution by Licensor, without charge of any kind, throughout locations inside the Stadium and on the Premises, including video boards, concourse areas, club facilities, Luxury Suites, offices of Licensor, concession areas and other areas within the Premises as reasonably designated by Licensor. In connection with the broadcast of UNLV Events, to the extent Licensor has such rights, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to include in any broadcast any likeness, image, sound or other item visible or available in the Stadium from time to time. As between Licensee, on the one hand, and Licensor and its Affiliates, on the other hand, Licensee shall alone, both during and after the Term, own all worldwide copyright and other rights, title and interests in the broadcasts of the UNLV Team Home Games (including excerpts thereof), all feeds recorded in connection with the production of such broadcasts, and all other accounts and descriptions of, and other information concerning, the UNLV Team Home Games (such broadcasts, excerpts, feeds, accounts, descriptions and other information that are created, produced, distributed or recorded in respect thereof are collectively referred to as the “Works”). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Licensee shall own (i) all rights under the U.S. Copyright Act, U.S. Communications Act, state law and copyright and other laws of other jurisdictions, now or hereafter in effect, with respect to the UNLV Team Home Games and the Works and (ii) the right to receive all royalties and any other amounts paid under copyright or other laws of the United States and other jurisdictions with respect to the retransmission of the Works.
