During a Rehearsal. (a) Recording and interview session shall not exceed one-half hour of the rehearsal. (b) The Stage Manager shall file a report with Equity giving the time utilized for the Recording and interview session. Said report shall be initialed by the Deputy. (c) Upon contemplation of Recording during a rehearsal the Producer shall make every reasonable effort to: (1) Give the cast 24 hours' notice. (2) Schedule only three Recording sessions and all stations must do their Recording within those three times. (3) If the time of the Recording is changed, the Producer shall notify the cast of such change and of the re-scheduled time.
During a Rehearsal a. For the purposes of this provision, starting with the first day of rehearsal through the official opening, or one week following the first paid public performance, whichever is earlier, regularly scheduled rehearsals may be captured for up to four consecutive hours per day, one day per week. Any capture or part thereof shall constitute a full four-hour block. In repertory companies, only one four- hour block may be used per week (not per production). b. The date, time, and content of material to be captured shall be subject to consultation with the Director and/or Choreographer. c. The Theatre shall endeavor to arrange the capture process so that it shall not prevent the Director and/or Choreographer from providing the services for which he/she has been engaged by the Theatre. d. The Theatre shall make every reasonable effort to give the Director and/or Choreographer 48 hours’ notice and give notice if the time of capture changes.
During a Rehearsal a) there is no break during the first hour, except in unforeseen circumstances due to "force majeure" or for a dress rehearsal; b) there is a break at the latest one and a half (1 1/2) hours after the service starts; however, at the request of the musical director or guest conductor, the rehearsal may be performed without a break and end after one hour and forty minutes (1 hr 40 min). c) three (3) times during the contract year, the break may begin at the latest one hour and fifty minutes (1 hr 50 min) after the service begins; d) there is only one break, except three (3) times per contract year when the break may be taken in two segments, after explanation to the Musicians' Committee.

  • Hearing Aids Any active employee who is insured under any one of the 9 District sponsored medical plans may request reimbursement for the costs of 10 hearing aids. The maximum amount of reimbursement shall not exceed one 11 thousand dollars ($1,000) within any three (3) year period. The cost of 12 hardware, fitting tests, and other tests related to the hearing aids purchased 13 shall be included for reimbursement purposes. 14

  • Rejection During Probation ‌ (a) The Employer may reject any probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Clause 10.

  • LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT/DUAL ENROLLMENT CONTRACTOR and ▇▇▇ shall follow all LEA policies and procedures that support Least Restrictive Environment (“LRE”) options and/or dual enrollment options if available and appropriate, for students to have access to the general curriculum and to be educated with their nondisabled peers to the maximum extent appropriate. CONTRACTOR and ▇▇▇ shall ensure that LRE placement options are addressed at all IEP team meetings regarding students for whom ISAs have been or may be executed. This shall include IEP team consideration of supplementary aids and services, goals and objectives necessary for placement in the LRE and necessary to enable students to transition to less restrictive settings. When an IEP team has determined that a student should be transitioned into the public school setting, CONTRACTOR shall assist the LEA in implementing the IEP team’s recommended activities to support the transition.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Examination of work before covering up In respect of the work which the Authority’s Engineer is entitled to examine, inspect, measure and/or test before it is covered up or put out of view or any part of the work is placed thereon, the Contractor shall give notice to the Authority’s Engineer whenever any such work is ready and before it is covered up. The Authority’s Engineer shall then either carry out the examination, inspection or testing without unreasonable delay, or promptly give notice to the Contractor that the Authority’s Engineer does not require to do so. Provided, however, that if any work is of a continuous nature where it is not possible or prudent to keep it uncovered or incomplete, the Contractor shall notify the schedule of carrying out such work to give sufficient opportunity, not being less than 3 (three) business days’ notice, to the Authority’s Engineer to conduct its inspection, measurement or test while the work is continuing. Provided further that in the event the Contractor receives no response from the Authority’s Engineer within a period of 3 (three) business days from the date on which the Contractor’s notice hereunder is delivered to the Authority’s Engineer, the Contractor shall be entitled to assume that the Authority’s Engineer would not undertake the said inspection.
