Common use of BUILDING COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

BUILDING COMPLIANCE. Except as otherwise specified in the Master Lease ------------------- with regard to repairs and alterations or building compliance, Subtenant will be solely responsible for the compliance of the Sublease Premises with the laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations pertaining to accessibility and accommodation for persons with disabilities, including the removal of architectural and transportation barriers, if necessary. In addition, Subtenant acknowledges and agrees not to use the Sublease Premises in violation of any federal, state or local law, ordinance or regulation relating to health and safety.
