Common use of Building Facilities Clause in Contracts

Building Facilities. The term “Building Facilities” means and includes all equipment, machinery, facilities and other personal property located in the Building and/or used or utilized wholly or partially in or in connection with the operation and/or maintenance of the Building, or any part thereof, whether or not located in the Building.
