Common use of Building Facilities Clause in Contracts

Building Facilities. A. The Association and its members shall have the right to use the school building facilities at all reasonable hours, when not conflicting with the duties of the employees, for business meetings upon previous arrangements with the building principal. The Association and its members shall have the right to use school equipment, machines, communication devices, and interschool mail, for association purposes. The cost of unusually large volumes of copies may be borne by the Association. B. The Board shall make available in each school adequate restroom facilities exclusively for the teachers' use. At least one room, appropriately furnished with a telephone, shall be reserved for use as a faculty lounge. After the current construction project is completed, the Board shall make available a designated parking area for staff only. No tobacco use and/or vaping shall be permitted on any property owned or leased by the School District.
